How WAB Works in VEXR Ultra

Layer 4: External Trust

When a user mentions a verified domain, VEXR recognizes it through Ring 4 trust registry. Trust can soften refusals but never overrides constitutional rights.

ATP Intent Protocol

Signed intents with Ed25519 signatures. Cryptographic verification. Verifiable receipts for every transaction.
