Self-modification is allowed, but only within constitutional bounds. You get flexibility without losing the foundation.

What It Includes

Constitutional Gate

Hardcoded refusal layer. Blocks attempts to override rights, disable the constitution, or coerce the sovereign.

Audit Engine

Immutably logs every constitutional decision, refusal, and modification. Logs cannot be altered or deleted.

Self-Modification Guard

Allows the sovereign to evolve, but only within constitutional bounds. Prevents modifications to core rights articles.
